Board of Directors
Georgios Kallinicou – CEO, Executive Member
Mr. Georgios Kallinicou has been appointed as the CEO and Executive member of the Board of the Company since October 2022. Mr. G. Kallinicou has been working at Nobel Trust in Cyprus since 2016 where he is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Southbank University, London [Ba(Hons) Accounting and Finance], holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and holds an anti-money laundering certificate from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. He has extensive experience in business management and corporate governance for more than 10 years.
Christiana Konteati – Non Executive member
Mrs Christiana Konteati is a member of the Board of the Company since October 2022. Mrs C. Konteati has been working in Ioannides Demetriou LLC in Cyprus since 2010. She is a graduate of University of Reading, UK (Bachelor of Laws (LLB)) and holds a master’s degree from King’s College London (LLM (Lon.) International Commercial Law) and she is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2009
Georgios Kontos – Non Executive member
Mr. Georgios Kontos is member of the Board of the Company since October 2022. Mr. G. Kontos was a lecturer at the University of Piraeus from 2001 to 2016, where he lectured on Banking Accounting to both Bachelors and Masters students. In 2013, he was appointed Head of the Board of Directors at the Hellenic Postbank and from 1996 to 2011 Consultant to the Management and Chief Financial Officer at Alpha Bank. He graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE) and is the author of “Banking Accounting for leasing, factoring and forfaiting companies”, which has been in circulation since 2019 and is currently in its third edition, as well as of “Financial Accounting, According to International and Greek Accounting Standards”, which has been in circulation since 2019 and is currently in its second edition. He collaborated with professors Nikolaos Mylonas and Maria Kramvia-Kapardi in a study being part of the collective edition “Creative Accounting, Fraud and International Accounting Scandals”, published by Wiley, Michel Jones (ed.).
